- Mass production of breads, pastries, and dessert mise
- Prepare food for multiple services
- Quality check of all products
- Keep all areas clean and organized
- Ensure that food is produced in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Multitask and cross train on each position
